Local Recording Storage
Our systems record directly onto a dedicated hard drive installed at the property, with most homes using a 4TB storage setup. This gives you reliable footage storage and easy playback access without relying on monthly subscription fees or cloud recording services.
Tripwire & Alert Zones
We can set up custom tripwire zones and activity areas around your property so the system alerts you when movement occurs in certain locations. If upgraded to Dahua TIOC cameras, the system can also trigger warning sirens, flashing lights or voice alerts when someone enters selected areas around the property after certain times.

Without one, someone can simply switch the power off at the meter box and your security cameras will lose power unless the system has battery backup installed.
We can supply approved power industry padlocks, fabricate a bracket to suit your meter box and install everything properly while still allowing the power company access to the smart meter using their master key.

We Show Up On Time
We offer bookings from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. Our first job of the day is on site at 7am sharp, and all other bookings are given a two hour arrival window so you're not waiting around all day.

Stay In The Loop
You'll get a confirmation as soon as you're booked in, plus a reminder the day before. On the day, we'll send you a tracking link so you can see exactly how far away we are in real time.

We supply and recommend Dahua camera systems, as that's the brand we specialise in and are fully trained in. If you already have cameras supplied, we're still happy to install any brand of CCTV system for you. However, for advanced programming, smart setup and ongoing support, Dahua is definitely the system we recommend.
Yes. For a standard house installation, all camera cabling is concealed and run neatly through the roof cavity and walls. The only time cabling may be surface mounted is in areas such as pergolas, sheds or external structures where conduit may be required for protection and compliance.
You do not necessarily need internet for the camera system itself to work, as the cameras can still record directly onto the hard drive without internet access. However, if you would like to access your cameras remotely from your phone while away from home, then internet is required. As part of our installations, we also run a hardwired internet point to the NVR for a stable and reliable connection.
Yes. With our Dahua systems, you can access your cameras from anywhere in the world directly from your phone. Whether you're at work, interstate or overseas, you can still check live footage, review recordings, receive alerts and even speak through selected cameras remotely.
No, we do not install alarm systems or intercom systems. If you have purchased a video doorbell and would like it professionally installed, we can help with that, however full alarm and intercom systems are not something we currently offer.
Yes, absolutely. We're happy to install customer supplied camera systems and can complete the initial setup for you as well. While we install all brands, Dahua is the system we specialise in when it comes to advanced setup, smart features and ongoing support.
This depends on the amount of cameras being installed and the overall complexity of the job. Smaller systems are generally completed fairly quickly, while larger systems with more cameras naturally take longer. Either way, residential CCTV installs are typically completed within the same day.
